The Data Controller processes the personal data of visitors and customers registered on https://www.freshpress.hu (hereinafter collectively: User) based on their voluntary consent, in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information (Infotv.) Section 5(1)(a), and the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

III. Scope, Purpose, and Duration of Data Processing

The Data Controller only processes personal data that is necessary and appropriate for the purposes below, and only to the extent and for the duration required to achieve the purpose. Personal data may only be shared with third parties if the User has consented, or if required by law or local government regulation for public purposes.

BLTN Invest Ltd. (Service Provider) operates the online store (Webshop) available at https://www.freshpress.hu. Purchases are made electronically via orders placed on the website, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions published there.

1. Webshop – https://www.freshpress.hu
   Users can register via the “Login” section. During registration, the User must provide their first and last name and email address. For placing an order, a delivery address is required. The system keeps records of previous orders and returns.
   Mandatory data provided by the User is required for user identification, order processing, contract formation, and—with separate consent—for newsletter services.
   The Data Controller stores these data as long as the User remains a member of the https://www.freshpress.hu website. If the User cancels their membership, the data will be deleted within 5 working days.
   If the User misuses data or deletion is ordered by a court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the Data Controller may immediately delete the data.
   User-uploaded data may be used for statistical purposes, unless the User objects in writing at [email protected].
   Data of successful transactions is retained for 7 years.
   The https://www.freshpress.hu system sends notifications to users by email: registration, confirmations, policy updates, purchase conditions, product offerings.
2. Newsletter
   The Data Controller processes the email address, first and last name of users voluntarily for newsletter subscriptions via the website’s “Newsletter” section or otherwise. Data is processed until unsubscription or withdrawal of consent. Users can unsubscribe at any time via the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of newsletters or through their user account.

   Users may voluntarily provide their email and name in the “Quiz” section for promotional or informational purposes.

Users may request deletion of their data in writing. The Data Controller notifies the User of deletion and any data transfers.

The Data Controller must delete data if it is no longer needed, consent is withdrawn, or a legal obligation requires it.

Instead of deletion, processing may be restricted if data accuracy is disputed or the User objects to processing.

Users may object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes.
